    Successful Theories

Theories that held up under testing and were transferred from beta into the Healing Library. Each one links directly to its full method.

Success rate is measured per person, per session: each person's average score change per session is expressed as a percentage of the improvement available to them, from their own starting score up to a perfect score. Those per-person percentages are then averaged, so differences in starting points do not distort the result.

    Mind-Body Release (MBR)

A synthesis of REBT and IFS that uses metaphorical dialogue with the subconscious to release trapped beliefs and emotions stored in the body.

15.4%Average success rate of possible improvement per session, averaged across 33 people
41.9%Worked best for this share of clients (18 of 43)

    Radical Accountability Theory (RAT)

A synthesis of REBT, differentiation, and bilateral stimulation centered on taking radical accountability for emotional reactions and changing unhealthy beliefs.

12.7%Average success rate of possible improvement per session, averaged across 19 people
14.0%Worked best for this share of clients (6 of 43)

    Joy Theory

A visual meditation technique that transforms emotional reactions by guiding you through a positive emotional step-scale toward joy, hope, and gratitude.

10.4%Average success rate of possible improvement per session, averaged across 10 people
11.6%Worked best for this share of clients (5 of 43)

    Peace Theory

A timeline meditation that releases trapped negative emotions and replaces them with peace across past, present, and future.

5.9%Average success rate of possible improvement per session, averaged across 1 person
0.0%Worked best for this share of clients (0 of 43)

The best-fit percentage shows how often each theory was a client's single strongest performer: for every client, the theory with their highest per-session improvement is counted as their best fit, and each theory's share of all clients is shown as a percentage. This indicates how likely the theory is to be the one that helps a new person most.

These theories are now maintained in the Healing Library rather than in beta testing.
