    Past-Life Regression

A visual meditation to access past lives, release stored trauma, and receive guidance—whether the lives are real or metaphorical, the subconscious uses them to help you heal. Read a more in-depth explanation to understand Past Life Regression here.

    Benefits

    • Releases trapped emotions and can heal unexplained fears or physical problems
    • Provides guidance through subconscious metaphor for your current life
    • May create a paradigm shift—rethinking what you know about reality
    • UVA research has documented children remembering past lifetimes

    Why This Works

    • Whether the lives are real or metaphorical, it's your subconscious helping guide you through symbolism.
    • The technique bypasses conscious resistance by framing issues in a "distant" context.
    • Full immersion without reservation allows deeper experiences—save analysis for later.
    • Experiencing your death in a past life and identifying the lesson can release carried-over trauma.

    Important Considerations

    • Nonjudgment is the most important aspect—allow yourself to see and experience without questioning.
    • Past lifetimes may be opposite gender, different age, race, time period, or even animal/plant/alien—don't judge it, just go with it.
    • If it doesn't work solo, try with a professional—the process is often easier when someone else directs you.
    • A typical practice involves experiencing three lifetimes lasting about two hours, learning a cumulative lesson.

    1. 1Prepare with relaxation: breathe in for 8 counts, breathe out for 8 counts until relaxed. Visualize a peaceful light entering your body and filling your body with that light until you feel as relaxed as possible.
    2. 2Use a meditation entry: imagine walking through a forest to a special tree with your book of life, or float on a cloud that moves beyond time and space. Enter into a page of the book of life or float on the cloud until you reach your destination.
    3. 3Start each lifetime by looking at your body—notice your feet and slowly observe up to understand who you are physically in this past life.
    4. 4Experience the three most important events of that lifetime, then your death, jumping to the next one when you feel ready. Ask what your last thought was in that lifetime to learn the lesson from that lifetime. If you aren't sure of the lesson still, ask your subconscious.
    5. 5Look people in the eye to see if there's soul recognition—you may know them from your current life.
    6. 6Reflect on your experience.
